Water customers are metered and billed monthly. Customers pay a standing charge (based on the taxable value of the property) plus a volume-related charge based on metered consumption (in whole units of 1000 gallons) that month.

Domestic Tariff:
Fixed Charge: 0.20% of the taxable value of the property
Volume-related charges on a sliding scale - see table below

Special Cases:
Metered consumption below 1000 gallons per month: $15.00 water charge - no fixed charge.
Metered consumption over 30,000 gallons per month: $1170 plus $63.00 per 1000 gallons, plus fixed charge.

Commercial and Industrial Tariff:
Fixed Charge: 0.20% of the taxable value of the property
$28.00 per 1000 gallons independent of volume

Vacant Lots:
A Water Maintenance Charge is payable on vacant lots - this is set at 0.25% of the taxable value of the land.

Other Charges:

(a) Meter Test fee (if tested at customer's request)	$25
